75-81 Cornelia Street is a row of four two-and-a-half-story tenements built in 1890 by H. N. Gammer. All structures have been highly altered; none of them retains its original brick facade and is completely covered in vinyl siding. Only 81 Cornelia Street seems to retain the original cornice.
