History and Analysis
The three-story rowhouse at 28 Jefferson retains its original cornice; however, it has been covered with faux siding, and a first floor addition projects forward from the street facade. In 1943, the building housed one family per floor for a total of three families, and the lot also contained parking for three cars.[1]
