History and Analysis
This two-story rowhouse does not possess a raised basement typical of most rowhouses in Bushwick. The entry is original, and the building was re-clad in red brick and contrasting yellow brick are used for the lintels and cornice. It is possible that this re-cladding of brick occured in the 1920’s, indicated by the style of the cornice. The date of this building was determined from historic maps of Brooklyn.
