1186-1192 Bushwick Avenue is a row of four three-story brick framed tenements built for $4,000 each in 1892 designed by Warren & Billard. The builder and owner, M. Mulrihill who resided at 1069 Greene Avenue developed these tenements in conjunction with the tenements at 12-29 Cornelia Street in the same year. All structures have been highly altered; none of them retains its original brick facade, and they are completely clad in veneer and vinyl siding. Only 1192 Bushwick Avenue retains it original wood cornice.
