History and Analysis

1150-52 Putnam Avenue is a row of two brick non-fireproof rowhouses built for $5,000 each in 1891 to house two families on each rowhouse. Both structures retain a high level of architectural integrity with much of the original characteristics intact, including the brick facade, stoops and cornices.
