History and Analysis
These four rowhouses are all that remain of a group of seven built before 1880, according to historic maps. Three of the four still retain their original cornices while 1138 underwent an alteration around the 1920s. They are suffering from various levels of deterioration but the aesthetic impression of the row largely remains intact.
