Six two-story brick dwellings, 16.8×36, felt and gravel roof, wooded cornice, cost $2,500 each. Listed in the Real Estate Record and Guide in two groups of three: 1063, 1065, 1067 Bushwick (Lots 53, 52, 51) NB# 383 June 1880 and 1069, 1071, 1073 Bushwick (Lots 50, 49, 48) NB# 559 August 1880.[1]
